There are many situations where you may be interested to close multiple windows in Vista or earlier windows at once. You may be shutting down your computer or closing down all the unnecessary windows after working on a project. Whatever it is, here is a quick tip on how to close multiple windows at once.
So how to selectively close multiple windows at once?
Its just the same trick like how you select multiple items using CTRL key. So hold the CTRL key as keyboard shortcut key and select all the windows you want to close in the taskbar and click the close (x) button on the top right corner. It will close all the windows you had selected.
