When I play mpeg-4 files in quicktime or realplayer I hear sound but the screen is green. What do i do?
I recently downloaded quicktime and realplayer on my computer so I could use it with ulead video stuido but whenever I try to play mpeg-4 videos the screen is green but I can hear the video perfectly. It plays all other video formats fine. Did i download it wrong or do I need to download it again?
id reccommend downloading the k-lite codec pack @ codecs.com
