What type of satellite cable is required for HD box?

There are RG6, RG59,PF100 etc satellite cables available. I have normal sky box connected to the dish. Do I need to upgrade the satellite cable when I get freesat HD box or sky HD box?
I want to buy good waterproof satellite cable for HD.Suggestions for suitable cable type and where to buy in UK. Is the satellite cable in Wickes suitable? The Wickes helpline could not advise.
There are cables with different prices.RG6 is much cheaper than PF100.So is there a difference in quality or durability?

Whether the signal is HD or Standard it should not matter. The difference is in the box and the cables connected between the box and your TV. The cables you have should be waterproof regardless of Standard or HD. Cables that let water in will cause increased signal loss when it rains. Waterproof cables can make your system less susceptible to problems when it is raining.
