Where can i get an inexpensive vintage speed bike in the Chicago area?

I’ve been to bike shops and they have nice new one but i want an old looking one, vintage. There are really garage sales around where i live. Do anyone have any idea where i can get one?
Also, what kind of bike brand would be good? I want a track bike for a commuter.

Check the local Goodwill and Salvation Army stores. They often have older road bikes for very cheap.
