hav a Frigidare d/wshr that is undr wrnty & n nd of rpair. Its been 3 wks & 3 dys off wrk & not rprd yet-help!
I have a Frigidare dishwasher that is under warranty & needs repair. I have taken 3 days off wrk based on empty promises that they will come to repair it and have waited 3 weeks. It has cost me more money for the unit to be repaired than what it costed to buy it. Fridigare is unconcerned about my cost, my complete level of frustration or the fact that their dishwaher broke down in less than a year. It seems that my hands are tied behind my back because I am at their mercy. I have used 24 hrs worth of leave and waited 3 weeks and I still don’t have a running dishwasher. What can I do about this?

Contact the retailer who sold you the dishwasher. Write them a letter and mail it requesting resolution. Call Frigidaire directly and express your concerns. Don’t get emotional, just state that the unit is not working, is under warranty, and needs to be repaired.
